No matter which style you choose, your private suite will include:

  • Complete furniture package
  • Use of Conference Room for up to 4 hours a month
  • Use of Kitchenette/Lounge
  • Local mailing address
  • Biweekly cleaning services
  • Complimentary coffee, tea, and water for professionals and clients
  • Administrative services – client reception, telephone answering, mailings, and more

Tenants of private suites have 24 hour access to their offices. 6, 9, and 12 month leases are available.

Executive Suites are private, professional offices. Multiple sizes are available at both of our locations.

Executive Offices Private Suites:

•  Sizes range from 130 sq ft to 480 sq ft.

Executive Offices II Private Suites:

•  Sizes range from 80 sq ft to 200 sq ft.




     Business Suites are larger spaces ideal for companies with several employees.

     These suites include individual private offices and a private conference room.

     Our Business Suites are only available at Executive Offices II.
