Executive Offices is located inside the Burrowes Corner building at 119 S. Burrowes Street, at the corner of Burrowes Street and Calder Way. A thriving business district just one-half block away from Penn State University campus, it is ideal for professionals who prefer a bustling, familiar location, or who plan to grow their business by catering to a collegiate clientele.

 

Private Executive Suites

Private suites at Executive Offices range in size from 130 to 487 square feet. They include:

  • Complete furniture package, consisting of an executive desk and chair, a kneehole credenza and hutch, and two client chairs
  • Use of Conference Room for up to 4 hours a month (at either location)
  • Use of Kitchenette/Lounge
  • Local mailing address
  • Biweekly cleaning services
  • Complimentary coffee, tea, and water for professionals and clients
  • Administrative services – client reception, telephone answering, mailings and more

 Shared Identity Suite

The Identity Plan at Executive Offices includes:

  • Use of fully furnished private Identity Office for up to 20 hours a month
  • Use of Conference Room for up to 4 hours a month (at either location)
  • Local mailing address
  • Biweekly cleaning services
  • Complimentary coffee, tea, and water for professionals and clients
  • Administrative Services – client reception, telephone answering, mail handling, and more

Identity tenants have office access Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 4,6,9 and 12 month leases are available.

All utilities are included except for telephone and internet.

Professionals have the option of renting a parking space while client parking is available on-street or in nearby parking garages.
