Executive Offices II is located in a recently established business district next to the Ramada Inn and across the street from the Autoport Restaurant and Lounge. This building has been completely remodeled and is home to private offices in a variety of sizes, ranging from small, intimate spaces (approx. 72 sq. ft. to 200 sq. ft.) to larger, multi-office spaces (approx. 870 sq. ft.).

Free parking for you and your clients is abundant in the area surrounding Executive Offices II.

Executive Suites

Individual private offices in various sizes and include:

– All suites are accessible 24 hours a day

– Flexible Lease Terms: 6, 9, 12 months

Business Suites

are larger (approximately 900 square feet) than Executive Suites and divided into individual private offices of various sizes.

The features are the same as the Executive Suites, but with the addition of your own private conference room.

Flexible lease terms of 6, 9, or 12 months available.

 

All utilities (heat, water, electric, A/C, sewer, trash, and internet) included in rent.
